Insurance and Billing

We accept most insurance policies including Tricare and Shelby and Coosa county Medicaid, but we ask that Talladega county Medicaid patients visit our Sylacauga location. We accept cash, checks, or major credit cards for copay payments.

We will file a claim with your insurance company after your visit and we will file it again 30 days later. If we have not received payment after 60-90 days, you will receive a bill. You may pay the bill or attempt to call the insurance company yourself. Please notify us immediately if there is a problem with your account.

Sick Visits:

Please call for an appointment and we will get you in as soon as possible. We treat everything from head to toe and can provide referrals if indicated. Our physicians round at Coosa Valley Medical Center in Sylacauga, but we may also refer to Children's or a specialist of your choice.

Well Visits:

Routine checkups, vaccinations, growth and developmental assessments, and ADHD medication checks are all available on our Well Side of the clinic. We prioritize keeping our well children healthy! Also, if you or your child are not feeling well, please enter through the Sick Side. And as always, if your child requires isolation or if there is something we can do to accommodate your special circumstances, please let us know and we will do what we can.
